Step one in any architectural adventure is getting to know you. During this step, we sit down to learn about your objectives, site specifics, lifestyle demands, and budget. With a clear vision and understanding of your requirements, we start defining the central concept. This is where we take your vision and set it within initial design possibilities. We investigate potential options through sketches, mood boards, and space planning with functionality, style, and context in mind. We aim to create a concept that captures your way of life or business with respect to the site's potential as well as its restrictions. Throughout this process, we keep an open line of communication, inviting your comments to ensure the design remains in line with your expectations.
With a solid concept established, we then enter detailed design. Here, ideas become specific plans. We work out layouts, create elevations, select materials, and think about technical requirements such as structure, services, and sustainability. Every detail is carefully crafted to provide beauty, function, and constructability. Along the way, we work collaboratively with you—sharing images, drawings, and 3D models to allow you to accurately visualize the space. The objective is to come up with a design that is just right—on paper and in intent.
Once the design is complete, we move from paper to reality. We work with contractors, consultants, and artisans to ensure each detail is carried out with care and accuracy. Throughout the construction process, we remain actively engaged—responding to questions, checking on progress, and ensuring the construction remains aligned with the design intent.
