Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted via:
  • Secure Network International payment gateway on our website
  • Network International payment links sent by email
  • Postpay links sent via SMS
  • Direct bank transfers to the company account only (payments to personal accounts are not accepted)
  • Cash payments are accepted only when accompanied by an official company receipt voucher; otherwise, claims cannot be honored.

Products

• All products are brand new, unused, and undamaged. Ownership transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
• Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen display or manufacturing tolerances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential minor variations.

Shipping Methods

• Self-Delivery: Our professional team delivers, assembles, and removes packaging at your premises.
• Courier Delivery: Smaller items are shipped through third-party couriers and delivered to your address. Assembly is your responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions and Fees

• Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
• If we cannot reach you within 15 days of delivery attempts, your order may be considered returned.
• Extra fees apply for deliveries requiring multiple flights of stairs or narrow access.
• Delivery to certain restricted locations is not available; in such cases, delivery can be arranged to the nearest pickup point.

International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping. Customers may arrange freight forwarding independently, at their own risk and expense.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times provided after order processing are approximate and not guaranteed. KING SMART DECORATION DESIGN L.L.C. is not liable for any delays.

Electrical Installation

• We supply and install lights or bulbs included with your order; however, all electrical connections must be performed by a certified electrician. KING SMART DECORATION DESIGN L.L.C. is not responsible for any electrical installation work.

Delivery Guidelines

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

• Please be available within a 1–2 hour window of the scheduled delivery time.
• Ensure clear access and verify that furniture fits through doors and hallways.
• Inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
• Report and photograph any damage immediately.
• If items do not fit and must be returned, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Uncollected orders after 30 days may be treated as returned.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours, less any bank charges.
• Customized orders or cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable.
• If free shipping was applied and the order is cancelled, original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Damage Claims

• Report any delivery damage within 3 working days with photographic evidence.
• Customized items may be repaired but cannot be returned.
• For self-delivery, damages must be noted on the delivery receipt.
• For courier delivery, report damages including packaging photos.
• If no response is received within 5 days after reporting, the item will be deemed accepted.

Returns

• Returns are accepted (NON-Custom items) only if reported within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customized products, mattresses, bedding, and assembled items cannot be returned unless explicitly approved in writing.

How long we retain your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
